How do I know you so well?

Because I was you.

I vividly remember the days when my workouts were the highlight of
my day yet I was so fatigued during, I questioned if I was cut out for it every time. 

I always had training, food, or thoughts about my body swimming in the back of my mind. 
It took pride in being “fit” but my frame needed muscle and I wanted it too. 

so I did what I thought was right, increased my mileage and
added sit-ups to my nightly regimen. Weight lifting felt too intimidating.
 

I became a pro at overtraining and under eating. So good in fact,
I fractured my pelvis training for a marathon.

A brutal but necessary wake up, I learned the hard way, more miles,
less food, more work is absolutely not the answer.

Which is why I’ve dedicated the last 10 + years to learning, growing,
and living out what it looks like to train in a way that builds a strong body,
Strong finish and enables me to have the energy to life a fulfilled life,
brownies, wine, and all the in between without the guilt, shame or
fear of what will happen to my body.
