Training Programs

There is no one size fits all training program. Especially if you love both endurance and tolerate strength or vic versa, you need a training program that will fit your current goals.

From building strength, training for a race, combining the two, to building sexy muscle just to feel better in your body.

Check out the options below! All programs are in an easy to use app. Some are through my programming Strength In Light and some are through others out there in the industry that I believe are incredible at what they do!

  • Off Season Build

    For the woman who is serious about building muscle and strength. Your main focus needs to be MUSCLE. This is a 12 week program designed to maximize strength and muscle mass. This is perfect for December - March when endurance can slow down. No high volume mileage.

  • Paragon Training Method

    For the woman who wants it all. To look and feel great, have fun during workouts, to feel like an athlete and keep getting stronger, and to see progress and PR’s. You can combine endurance with this throughout the entirety of your endurance training plan!   • 1:1 Custom Training Plan for Running + Lifting

  • 1:1 Coaching Hybrid Training

    I’m not taking clients for individual training programs right now.
