  Winter Cohort

  • Most Popular.

    This is the coaching group for you if you are looking to build muscle mass and strength to go into the summer and/or endurance season stronger, faster, and sexier. Yes, it’s not just about getting strong to support your bones and joints, we also want the biceps, abs, and strong quads that say, yes I lift weights and I’m proud of the body I’ve built.

  Spring Cohort

  • Go full SEND after your goals so you will be ready when that nice weather hits!

    Choose your own adventure style. From training for a race, building a solid strength foundation while increasing mileage, losing body fat and shredding for the summer. Your goal is going to be unique and your approach should be to.

    This cohort requires a 15 minute consult with your coach, Whitney to determine what training program and approach would best fit your desired outcome.

  • 6 - 8 Week Program
    Spring 2024 | Start Date TBD

  • Choose your own adventure. I will support anything from running/climbing up mountains to looking shredded and strong chillin’ in a bathing suit. It’s up to you!

Fall Cohort

  • The fall cohort is ideal for you if you want to learn how to eat to support your activity level and change your body composition. The goal is for a body recomposition, losing body fat and building muscle mass.

    Fall 2024 | Start Date TBD

  • Body recomposition, lose body fat, build muscle while fueling for your activity.

Summer Cohort

  • For the woman training for an event this summer or fall. This is an endurance focused group coaching program with 2-3 X a week of strength training. We will work through exactly how to combine both, how to eat to make sure you are supporting muscle growth while also building continuous progress with your endurance training for speed, stamina, and power. The hybrid approach to events is a delicate balance, you can easily have too much of one or not enough of it all.

I’ve been in the nutrition and fitness space for over 10 years now, I’ve helped hundreds of women find peace with their bodies, food, and how they train to support the body and lifestyle they want. I am a certified Nutrition Coach. I’ve been coached and mentored by the creator of Hybrid Training. But the most important part, I’ve walked in your shoes.

I’ve gone through a massive transition from the beginning days of under eating and logging all the miles, hormone shifts out of my control, autoimmune flare ups to building a STRONG body and STRONG finish I’m proud of daily.
